I had received a massage for Christmas and finally booked it! My therapist was Jude. They were amazing! When I said medium-firm pressure, that’s exactly what I got. I didn’t need to redirect. I left feeling so relaxed. My favorite part was the neck and scalp techniques they used. I was gently offered a membership as I was exiting and I really appreciated that approach. Although I didn’t buy one today, I have until the end of the month to decide. If I don’t become a member I will definitely be back to schedule a massage with Jude! Thanks for the great experience.

Lee was a great masseuse for my first experience at ME! She welcomed me and asked more personal questions rather than just “where does it hurt?”. I was able to expand on what I needed worked on with her and she handled it! She worked especially on a knot she found near my right scapula/shoulder. I was a little bummed to only get a massage on the top half of my body, because I understood it was full-body. I think that was partly my error in booking only a 60 min session, whereas a 90 min might have covered it all. It would perhaps be helpful in the intake portion at ME, or even when scheduling the appointment initially, to have some follow up about what is needed from the client and what the masseuse will be able to realistically accomplish in the time-frame chosen (I see there is a little more info shared now that I have had my first session). Could be a good way to upgrade services as well 🤷♀️ Also, I loved reading about the various specialties of each masseuse while in the waiting area (a couple I would have loved to book with, knowing now), but I wish those profiles would have been available on the website! I was also told that 2 of the professionals at this location used hot stones, but even when booking online I don’t see that as an option.. at this point, only a call to each location would have answered all my questions. Overall though, a positive experience at ME, and I would recommend the Mall 205 location!
